I could use some form of help information on how to use CauseBook

I signed up months ago, but I have not used this site to post anything because frankly it is not completely intuitive.  If anyone know of a user manual / help file on How to use the site, I would very much like to read it.  I am surprized that there is not online help (like a little question mark on the tool bar at the top, or FAQs)

If anyone can help with this , I would very much appreciate it.  Thanks.
